      No pills. The minute you stop youll gain every ounce back and then some. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is proper diet and working out a few days a week.

      No shortcuts.

      Personally I would say dont worry about pills because you are a little young to try that. Eating more fiber, drinking more water, eating small meals throughout the day and exercise should do wonders. Workout in the morning before you eat. Have water with you, and then eat after the workout or your body will really hate you. Breakfeast is the most important meal for your body. That is no joke. Try not to eat any carbs 2-3 hours before bed. If you dont care about all that then ill tell you to try green tea extract pills first. And then maybe hydroxycut, but I dont know if you can use that so please read the labels before you buy anything like that.
