Rights of Executors of Wills. Does he have the right to tell people who lived there before the owner died to l?

Does an executor of a will have the right to kick people out who remain in the deseased home if they don’t own the home and are just staying there?

      If there’s a lease, it must be honored and transfers to the estate, but otherwise, he has the right to evict anyone in property owned by the estate.

      If the house is to be sold and the money go to his estate, not only does he have the RIGHT to do it, he has the RESPONSIBILITY to do it.

      Yes, he represents the deceased and must protect the value of the estate in order to convey it to the rightful heirs. As such, he has to protect the property and ensure that any asset is raising as much income as it can. That usually precludes anyone using the property rent free.
