The husband is in california and the wife is in PA. Both want a divorce as they’ve been separated for over 20 years. The wife is unable to travel.
They have only an adult son and no assets.

The one in Ca. can file the papers themselves at the court house. I think they will be able to fax you the papers and sign them if you are not contesting the settlement. Call the family court in the correct county.
