I, __________, being of sound mind and body (or whatever you want to say along those lines), do hereby leave so and so my ________, etc. That’s how most of the seniors at my school started out their last wills and testaments. Oh ya, and I went to a small high school. We had just over 500 in the entire school, and my graduating class was a 104.

I remember "leaving" parking spaces or lockers or preferential cafeteria seats to underclassmen. I don’t know what you mean by "really, really small", but I graduated with 82 other students and a high school of just under 325 kids, so i don’t think it matters much on the size of the school.
Maybe seniors can leave a spot or position on a sports team, simply as a gesture to a player he or she has mentored. For example, I left my long snap duties on the football team to a sophomore i taught how to snap.
