If I appoint some one to be in charge of my assetts, how can I be sure the person will give it to the beneficiaries of my choice? Would all of the beneficiaries be notified upon my death? Would it be best to have my lawyers office do the distribution? Sources?

Most lawyers are thieves, but the best way to do it is to appoint an executor and send letters to all of the beneficiaries telling them who it is and upon your death for them to contact said executor if the executor does not contact them.~
