"Rate" as in cost to divorce, or rate as it number of marriages that end in divorce?
If it’s money, why would you care? All you need to know, is what yours is going to cost. See a mediating attorney if you are considering divorce. Agree ahead of time how your estate will be divided. The only way to divorce is civilly…
"Rate" as in percentage? Last I read about 50%. Interestingly, since the divorce rate has gone up over the last 100 years, the rate of women admitted into mental institution as dropped exactly the same percentage…. Hummmm

I don’t know, I’m sure it’s really high though.
???????????????????????????
The last I heard, a few months ago.. the divorce rate was 52% of all marriages. Thats pretty high. The statistics are higher for younger couples.
More then 52% of all marriage end up in divorce, and this statistic is on the rise.
1 in 2 marriages end in divorce. But for some reason it seems higher on Yahoo.
Sweet Pea at the moment it is abot 46% and they most are over finances. Good luck!
2005 Statistics from the Department of Health and Human Services.
Number of marriages: 2,230,000
Marriage rate: 7.5 per 1,000 total population
Divorce rate: 3.6 per 1,000 population (46 reporting States and D.C.)
3.6/7.5 = 48%
